History of Subject: The "Chew Kee" (ca. 1855) is a Chinese rammed earth structure in Fiddletpwn. It was established as an herb shop during the Gold Rush by Dr. Yee Fong Cheung, an herb doctor who came to America to administer to the medical needs of the Chinese miners.
